Based on the full study and analysis of tally report and inspection report, a safe, reliable and feasible transportation plan is developed for the super long, super wide, super high and super heavy goods. Its contents include: equipped with tractor, trailer group and accessories, equipped with power unit and ballast block, determined the maximum speed limit, developed technical measures for operation, equipped with auxiliary vehicles, developed cargo loading and unloading and strapping reinforcement scheme, developed and checked transportation technical scheme, completed transportation scheme written documents, and maximized the capacity of the railway to undertake major parts. At the same time, through strategic cooperation, we have land transportation capacity of large-scale equipment in China, Mongolia, Central Asia and other places to provide customers with more comprehensive road transportation services for large goods.
